Hilarous and wonderfully drawn! Nicely chosen font, too. I love this sort of simplicity in poster design.
The only thing I think should be improved is placing the "Arcade Empire" in the vertical center of the black circle (unless that's how the original logo looks like). Right now it's a bit too far to the right.
